I am so very excited about this challenge over at 613 Avenue Create! As always, it is an anything goes challenge blog, with an optional theme. This week's theme is so much fun- I had such a great time with it, for sure! Similar to bingo, but this one is called Create your own challenge. To use it, you have to use each column, and use how many the header says out of each of them. Our sponsor this week is Fred She Said, my first for working with these images and they are just too cute!
First off, here's the chart:
I decided to make Jordan, my 9 year old daughter, a card to send with her to camp in July. She became a bit homesick last year (although it is only for 5 days), so this year I want to send with her as many reminders as I can of just how special she. I chose to use Emma in the Strawberry Patch- she's so sweet and perfect for summer!
The design papers are by DCWV and the solid pink glimmer paper is from The Paper Temptress. The rolled rose, Pretty Blossoms, beaded berries, and heart stick pin are from The Ribbon Girl. The mini bark heart, pearl heart and shabby seam binding are from Live and Love Crafts. All dies are from Cheery Lynn: French Flair Large Stackers for the image panels, Manon's Wedding Garland peeking out from behind them, and the "berry special" sentiment was cut from the Mini Font plate. The wedding garland was heat embossed with Shabby Pink Fran-Tage. Although you can't see it in the picture, I also added Stickles to the strawberries on the design paper.
